About the Lodge
Set in the heart of the Ruhija sector of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, this lodge is designed to blend into its forest surroundings, offering a peaceful, home-away-from-home retreat filled with the melodies of birds, insects and butterflies — and the occasional surprise visit from monkeys or even gorillas. Each cottage faces the forest with views over the canopy toward the distant Virunga Mountains. A few minutes' drive from the Ruhija gorilla trekking meeting point, where the Bitukura, Oruzogo and Kyaguriro gorilla families are tracked.
